Hee hee, you just asked them YESTERDAY and they said they haven't been given an exact date: I just called about the fish!
And somebody else asked about the Moon fish yesterday and got no answer: Chat about fishing with Live Support I'm sure it won't be too much longer.

Actually there IS an online Live Support where you can type messages back & forth with a Toontown rep, but it's only available part of the day (not sure exactly what hours).
