Looks good. Too bad it doesn't include the newest updates. A new update was just posted a few minutes before you posted this thread.
I think it should include a field where you can check to see if you've caught it yet or not. Most seem to use the excel fishing guide this way. Plus it doesn't allow for multiple rarity values. Not sure how you'd show this though.
