How do I get a new fishing rod?

Hello All!

I have been away from ToonTown for about 6 months, and now that I'm back - I'm enjoying all the new stuff. Can someone tell me when it is that I get a new fishing rod? I have found 13 species of fish, and am having a hard time finding any more. I think I'm stuck! Can anyone give me a few tips??

Keep fishing (it'll help you save jellybeans) and wait for your next catalog. After 2 or 3 new catalogs you should be offered a new fishing rod. If you've fished a lot and haven't spent all your beans, you'll have enough to buy the new rod so you can go out and fish more!

Check the fishing guides on this forum to see if you've caught all the fish your current rod can catch and where to fish to give you the best chance of catching your "missing" ones.
