Irritated!!!

Well I've been stuck at 39 species with the steel rod for about a week now. I fish on and off for about 2 hours a day. I'm on my 5th catalog of Series 3 and no Gold rod. Not that it would matter anyways because I don't have a big enough bank anyways to hold enough beans to buy it anyways. I haven't been offered a new bank since Series 1 (if memory serves correctly). I thought when series 3 came out it was suppose to be offered again? Here are the fish I have left to catch: Devil Ray, All Star, Flourence, Old King, Crescent Moon, Full Moon, ? Moon, Grizzley, ? Bear, Baby Grand, and Grand. Some of these are said to be extremely rare, however, when you look at the posts they really aren't. I know that there's a lot more I can catch with the steel so the Gold is irrelevant unless it would mean they're easier to catch. Anyways just venting out the frustrations....... I will hang in there....gotta love the fishing!!
