Devil Rays in Toontown Central??!??!!!??!!
First, I'd like to say Happy Halloween! I can't wait to get a black cat
 !     Second, is it possible to catch a devil ray in Toontown Central?  My brother claims he caught one on a cousin's toon. Then again, he doesn't know how rare they are. Please help, I want to know!Last edited by ZillyW; 10-27-2007 at 08:48 PM. Reason: smiley spam |

Yep, they can be caught with any fishing rod too. It's possible.
