2 bucket a day rule, caught my Grand!!

I have been only letting myself catch 2 buckets a day because I hate fishing. Well today on my 2nd bucket, In jumps my Grand Piano. I just went to the random district it put me in, I think Boingy Acres.
I have caught 3 fish this way.
The other day my son fished for an hour and caught nothing.
2 buckets a day seems to work for me!!
WOO HOO 3 more to go!

Today was the first day I actually tried for the grand. Have been trying for a month for the Full moon and still haven't got that one. So I thought I'd spend my 2 buckets wisely in MM and in it popped.

Going to go tomorrow for my grizzly and take a break from the Full moon.

I did very light fishing on my second and third toons (did it the other way on my first). My second toon got all the fish in what I considered to be a very reasonable amount of time. I believe I spent about 3 months fishing very lightly - one minute to five minutes usually. My third toon hasn't fished for a couple months, but I only need 4 and I never spent very much time fishing on her. My first toon fished for many hours. The last fish took me over a month. I didnt pay attention to how many buckets or how much time, but it was many hours for that last fish.
