I only have 3 trophies :(

I have 42 species [I think well its over 40] And I only have 3 trophies. 2 bronze and 1 silver. Is there a way I can get my missing bronze trophie?

Look, and make sure you are over 40, you could be at 32, or someother number under 40

If not then submit a bug report

Yes you should check, because I don't think that would happen, but if it did then report it to tt.

It has happened. I didn't get my third bronze trophie and I carried on fishing, got another 10 species then got a silver. I have over 40 species
