My friend's toon is lvl 25 and he's already caught a Devil Ray! TTC playground, Nuttyboro district - For those who want to know. Anyway, I'm lvl 105 and I've been trying to catch the Devil Ray for SO long! Urgh!

i have the ray on 5 toons, all i do is fish 5 bkts in ddl pg then 10 buckets in ddl LL, then change dis. i did this on all toons and got it within 2 weeks with no effort. with fishing you wanna start at the start and keep at it, nibling away. when you get to 100+ and start to look for the fish its alot harder. start early fish few and often. youll find the fish will come to you.

I caught the ray on my 3rd toon 2 nights ago Nutty Summit Tenor ave first dock on the right within 10 buckets.
