Anyway, you have to say it on Halloween. I remember it was "Toontastic!"

I think it's "Toontastic".... but you can only make them on Halloween.

Yes on Halloween you make a new toon and when you see Flippy you use the speedchat phrase 'Toontastic'. this only works for cats and only on halloween. Note this is permanent, you cannot later change back to your original color.
