Did I miss Black Cats this year?

I see people acting like there were Black Cats this year. There were only jellybeans and pumpkins. Were there? And if so, how did you get them?

Ya. You were allowed to make balck cats this year. I made mine have a bad name. So were gonna have to w8 til next year.

The exact same as last year, we did have them, by saying "Toontastic!" to Flippy (when we're a cat of course) and on Haloween, so sorry, but you can't make it
