Black Cats
It is now 4pm over here in New Zealand and I still can't get a Black cat! How long do I have to wait?

I would say about four hours based on PST, though it may not start at exactly midnight PST.

The TT server works on US Pacific time.
What you could do is change the timezone here at TTC so that it's set to US Pacific, then you would know when it's October 31st here and you could make your black cat. Once you've done that, you can reset your times. Or do a search for time conversion between NZ and US so you know when to make it. Good luck, hope you get your new black cat made.

8pm New Zealand time is midnight TT time as its 6pm in Sydney, Aus time and you are two hours ahead of us so an hour to go!
