How and when can you get a black cat?

You can make a cat now and name it so it gets approved (if you are typing in a name and not using the ones that they have). DO NOT go through with the tutorial on how to play toontown just yet. On Halloween when Flippy tells you to say something say "Toontastic" and POOF you turn into a black cat

Every Halloween, Do what she said ^^^. Exept you can do the tutorial just when you get to flippy log out. And then you should be ready to go...

I have went through with the tutorial before and went to go and talk to Flippy then Alt F4 out. Just for fun I would log in to make sure that I was still able to say Toontastic and I have to start the Tutorial all over again. Is there something Im doing wrong?

No you have to go through it completly or it just starts over so theres no point in going throught it all until Flippy, just submit your name then hit next and alt out.
