Halloween: Black Cat.

I heard awhile ago that someone said that black cat comes out on halloween. I still don't see the black cat paint yet so is it just on October 31st?

Black Cat Day- 31st October.
The colour is not in the make-a-toon.
You make your toon,
Then when you have made it go through toon tourial
When you go flippy theres this one word you need to say on speedchat to get your black cat.

It will soon be up on the front page of the Toontown website.

It's not confirmed for sure this year, but I think it will be just the 31st this year. It's been the same the past few years, so we'll see.
