No it doesn't. It just goes to Flippy's favorite Toon charity, the Toons of the World Unite Foundation (it's made up). There are so many people who have full banks and still earn jelly beans, that if Disney did donate a dollar to the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation for each one, they'd be bankrupt in a month.
