Very "odd" Block out

Isn't the blockout time limit 300 seconds? Well, I just played one and got 80 seconds!

No, the black out time has never been 300 seconds. I don't know why you thought that. Its always been 80 for me.

It was at 300 on test for a short time, but that was only to test the blockout portion of the game. It reverted back to 80 on test too.
