First CFO run a success, 6/6 danced for 100 bean unite (ugh!). I absolutely love 6 person CFOs, quick and easy. Good craning, stomping, couldn't ask for more except maybe a TU unite? What fun, see you in a couple hours for the next run!

I know we're just testing the waters here. These ATTA scheduled boss battles are in their early stages, but tonight was very frustrating. Three of us were left behind ... were we supposed to hang around until the "first set" was finished, however long that may be, so that we would be given the opportunity to then go again? We knew you guys would dance ... there was enough experience on that elevator to go around. So it was no surprise seeing everyone tp back outside the CFO once their battle was complete. However, when everyone came back, we were in that same situation again thinking which one of us would be left behind this time.

I know I shouldn't be writing anything because I make absolutely no sense this late at night, but basically, is there any type of organization as of right now? Do we divide groups up according to the number of toons waiting? Is it first come, first serve? I'm glad that friends got on that elevator together, and that you all danced, but it was very disturbing to see a lack of consideration. Initially, there were 10 toons ... 5 per elevator is very doable, but it didn't happen.

I didn't have any trouble getting in with a CFO group in River after leaving there, but another one who was left behind has had plenty of trouble getting in with a good group who will accept her as a soundless toon (sorry for singling you out!).

Thank you for letting me vent ... I know it was just a bunch of rambling. Don't get me wrong - I enjoyed last weeks battles, as well as earlier today. The three of us left behind on the later run don't have maxed suits. Some of us rushed to get our bux so that we could be there, or let our kids eat chocolate cake on a brand new couch (Yikes!) because we really wanted to be a part of this ... so please understand from my pov that it was just a disappointing experience.

I will be back tomorrow! No matter what happens, it's great to be able to chat with you all before showtime. You are a great group of people.

Your frustrations are very understandable.

This is usually a very difficult part for any guild that is beginning, what to do when there are limited number of people or too many to the point where some have a chance that they might get left behind in a boss run. One question is when does a group split and how many is enough for any single group? Some people feel comfortable with 4 and others feel comfortable with no less than 6. This is that type of situation that is hard to judge because everyone is still learning on what everyone’s skills are. Once everyone’s skills are better understood, splitting will be easier. Once there are more members that attend, this usually won’t be a problem, but since these runs are still in their infancy they are bound to happen. I do agree that there should have been a split of 5 and 5.

During that firs set I was going to leave myself out so that everyone could get accommodated, but then I realized we had 10 total (I initially thought we had 9); meaning myself and one more would have been left out. Since the elevator was at 6, I thought at that point that it would be better to help that group to get out as fast as possible, then come back to help for a second run.

Just be patient for the time being, because I know these will get easier to manage. These difficulties will get worked out and soon enough we will be running more and more with only minor or no hassles at all. I personally don’t ever want to leave anyone out, but I know there will be times that someone will get left behind since we are still working out these runs. Since I know that it is bound to happen, this is why I usually wait just outside of the elevator before getting in to see how many are in the elevator and how many are standing outside. I also do this because I would rather it be me than anyone else that gets left behind. Should we ever have a group of 9, I personally don’t mind being the one that is left out of the battle, so don’t ever worry if I am left out. I surely hope this didnt disappoint you too much, because they will get better once everyone knows each others skills and/or when we get more people to participate. See you tomorrow.

The times that have been set are late for me, GMT time.
I have school tomorrow so i cant stay up that late.
Its a shame because i can hardly go to these runs...

I was at this run, and I wasn't able to judge just who was comfortable with a 4 or 5 person, or if a second run was preferable. So, I went on the first run and came back to help as did a couple others for a second run. I agree that there will be some difficulties as with any type of group in its infancy, but these things will be worked out.

I'll be happy to stay back in the event it becomes necessary or come back for a second run to accomodate other players. In this case, a few of us even came back for a third run, but we only had I believe five. I've done 5, 4, and 3-person runs, but it was apparent not everyone was comfortable, so the third run didn't happen there.
