I think you have to go to Polar Place in The Brghhh and then walk along Polar Place until you get to a shop (dont know what name of shop) then they'll set you a task to get your parts.

First off you have to be done with ALL the Dreamland tasks. Then you go to Toon HQ and they will send you to the Precipitation Foundation on Polar Place in The Burrrgh. As you complete the tasks from Professor Flake you will be awarded Lawbot suit parts. Once you have the all the suit parts you head over to Lawbot HQ and get Jury Notices in the DA's Office. After you finish the Jury Notices you can Fight the Chief Justice.

I information I gave you is from the TEST server. It is not in the OPEN servers yet.

test is very differant, they had us fight one type of cog on every street in differant playgrounds, and I had my suit in little less than 90 min. , that seems way to easy for open, don't except a free ride, on test they have to let us move quicker, so we can test. So any information coming out of test right now, could change before it hits open.
