i was just in sellbot hq and i found all legal eagles in sellbot hq. but i thought it was a major bug. but it was a invasion. toonhq said it is over toons have saved the day once again. this could be a sign thats it coming soon?

They happen randomly, but once LBHQ is out, you'll be able to summon them.

invasions happen everyday, in certain districts, and summon means, you'll be able to call for an invasion, so the invasion will happen, or call for a certain cog, or cog building.

Although it is quite the coincidence, I think that the Legal Eagle invasion was just an ordinary invasion. It was a great time for me to get cogbucks. =)
