The point of it is, let's say you need a certain Cog or something, so you Summon a Cog, or Invasion, and there's your Cog. But yes, it's quite pointless, in some ways.

I can't think of a reason that you would need specific cog except to help a smaller toon.

I think that they are all different but not random. Look at my LB HQ video in my sig and you will see some where in the middle 4 elevators. Possibly each one being different?

I'm not on test so I don't have first hand exp, but the concept of summons sounds good to me, especially the building/invasion aspect.

I mean you are trying to reach HW50. If you can summon an invasion of sellbots, you are laughing, specially DL LVL5's. When the law bot skel invasion took place recently, I was seeing level 4 and level 5 buildings in TTC...

You can help others...

Perhaps the biggest benfit would be to help your own noob? Go in with Mr.125, start an invasion of XYZ and then exit, log in with you noob who is working the 10 lvl 5 cashbot buildings mission and have a great old time.

Great for maxing gags... many ppl don't have sf and work as loners in TTC [My children use the account so I like to keep it that way...], hoping to find ppl who will use lure so that can build up their trap,... or who are willing to let someone drop through an entire building. During the last skel invas. I level upped both tuneup and trap in record time, which would have taken me days... Role on more invasions!

Questions:

How long does a summoned invasion last?
Can someone else cancel out your invasion with another one?
Only one district?
Does an invasion double merits?
