What are with the chairs in lawbot hq? I mean has anyone reached a point where you use them, because maybe thats what you fight on......... Just ideas

You shoot shopkeepers out of cannons onto the chairs. At the same time, cogs are trying to reach the chairs as well. The goal is to claim the most chairs, I believe. I dunno, I haven't got that far.
