He is wearing a blindfold because, haven't you ever heard of the phrase: "Justice is BLIND." So the point is to, "exaggerate the phrase by making the CJ blind.

I thought the phrase was "Blind Justice" and someone said "Wow! Justice is blind!" But heres what Im wondering. If hes blind how does he know were toons and how can he see his documents?

i can't wait till friday the 13th this october, the 13th book comes right now they just call it "the end" and haven't released the cover or title but in a few months it'll happen

Yes, justice in the real world is blind (objective) so that he is persuaded only by fact, truth. He is not swayed by deception. This justice is blind so he doesn't see his cog army get destroyed.

Hi Drake,
The Chief Justice wears a blindfold in reference to the motto, "Justice is blind." The motto itself has origins in Greek and Roman mythology and refers to the impartiality that the justice system represents and reflects. The Cogs, lacking a sense of humor, seem to have taken this saying quite literally, making the Chief Justice actually blind.
