Help With Merits

I have tried multiple times to see if anyone will help me with merits! On this site and in-game as well. I ahve tried whispering Capatin Jeeperseed, and many more who were there to Factory, but they just change disctricts. If Jeeperseed can see this and Top BlackCat as well. I am the one who said, "I like your name" If I say that then it most likely means that I know you from the site. Don;t run off like you do not know me and think that I am just pesturing you. This has happened multiple times. I need help people!
