Another LBHQ theory

This one concerns getting suit parts.

On the back of the March snail-mail newsletter, an illustration includes a bear saying:

Swing by and say howdy for a special deal on an oversized, warm, wintery coat!

Just a shot in the dark here, but this may be implying(sp?) that in some way, you will purchase suit parts, maybe with JBs, maybe tickets.

Another idea, the message specifically reads, " ...and say howdy... "
It could be another Whispering Willow, you actually have to say "Howdy!" to earn something else.
Just putting out my $0.02.
