How is this done? Are these guys cheating or is it a glitch?
How is this happenning?
People skip from needing 1500 merits to ready for promotion. I've seen it quite a bit running factories. I've been doing run after run and people are jumping to ready for promotion.

yeah it happens to me only becuz if the person who is dancing 1st gets full merits and it says they're ready to vp? it says it to everyone else it even does it on tasks on accident, its like a bug say like in the brrrgh ur recovering a weiner dog and someone is recovering a cog gear from a micro manager when they person dances and when u dance it will say cog gear from micro manager recovred REALLY fast but then it'll go on to ur task, its a bug

They are not ready for promotion. Its a glitch. Happens to my friends all the time.

I've been in situations where it's only me and one other toon. I wasn't ready to promote and only got my merits, the toon that went after me, needed 1000+ merits and got the ready to promote. Seems fishy.....

That is what you see, not your team mate. The player in question does not see that message on their screen. It is just a minor glitch.

Yeah, it happens in mints too. The good thing is, you dont see it until you are actually ready to go! So theyre only misleading ur teammates. >.>
