Could it be that the law bot HQ is coming out very soon?? The cog invasion of jan. 16 proved to be that way, the cogs were skelecogs and they were lawbots, I have heard on toontown from recent people that a developer made a site talking about things that will come out, even before test can find out, if anyone see's a dog named "Kooky Pup" that is the developer who made the site, its a peach dog, 120, all gags, she is mostly "living" at cashbot hq in the 2nd biggest district there is, helping out people to CFO. If you find out anymore news about this, POST THEM AND YOUR THOUGHTS HERE!

It could come on Test soon, but the probability of it coming on Open is really low, that is unless they've been testing it on Dev Test (if they have that...)
