Yes guys, I undersatnd ur feelings - I have a Black 2005 cat named Diamond who is a 58 laffer carying a piano drop (not yet maxxed though) but I have no throw or squirt maxed gags at the same time (i.e.: no Bday cake or Rain Cloud), PLUS! I have no lure, though I reached Pixie Dust in toonup. I would be annoyed to go to Vp with such a toon as me on other players place for sure! Especially not being aware of the fact that I am an experienced toon and my two other toons are 116 (all maxed - sell and cash) and 107 laffers.
I understand FlipThunderchomp attitude perfectly because with a "lureless" low laffer u need to adjust ur high cog battle tactics so that the above mentioned doesn't die.. O well.. Though this kind of chief cog (VP and CFO) fights can be annoying OR! thrilling! - depends on the "angle" of the point of perception.. Generaly - I would say that it should be annoying for beginners ( I would be on their place) and thrilling - for experienced toons who are on the edge of starting to get bored with TT and are "in search" for new sensations TT wise So...
just to say that, in fact, you're totally right! And! ... unfortnatelly - you'll have to tolerate us - black cats 2005 sneaking around TT before new 2006 HQ will absorb ur attention.

i believe rikku got 112 in 3 months. back before cashbot hq and GSW came out.

personally i am annoyed with 05 black cats because people stole my black cat's(that i made in 04) name...

This toons just play a lot hours evry day. They wanted to be high laffers, and they wanted to it fast, so they just play a lot. I play like 3 years and i still didn't maxed my sellbot hq... And if i will work hard, i know i can finish it even in less than month because im level 42, but this too bored for me so im too lazy in it and im sure that will take me AT LEAST 2 month, and even this if i will work hard, because i hate it so i don't do it a lot. For my last 5500 merits i worked something like 3 weeks or more when i know i could do it in less than week if i was playing evry day... So i think is not the computer and is not when you satarted to play, is only the number of hours that you play and how many things you can do evry time before you start to bored...
If you play like 4 hours evry day and you always do things for your tasks, so yes, it is weird that you only have 109 laff, and maybe is really your computer... But if you don't, so is only because they play evry day more than you.

I'm maxing both sell and cash tomorrow and will be 117. I'm only on my Series 2, #3 cattlelog (just got my gold rod in this issue). I started playing this game in the middle to end of September. This is my first toon.

It's all in how often you play without a doubt. My black cat is a first generation yet only 109 because I didn't play him for the first year. You could easily top 105+ in a month if you pushed hard enough and with the help of other toons it's very feasible.

Hey people you know how i said that my friend got to 103 in the 3 day trial...THAT WAS 2 YEARS AGO.I kno u cant leave ttc in a 3 day trial so thats the reason y...there now ya kno...things can change within 2 years on a 3 day trial 0.o

The problem is she's giving Mandie a bad reputation for no reason. Saying it's ridiculous for a toon to progress that fast just because they don't know how to really go through the game themselves. This thread feels to Mandie as the thread "117+ toons have no lives" would be to you.

Read the title again, then tell me how i couldnt be mad. I got attacked for no reason along with some of my good friends who are also 2005 cats who happen to have more laff than "flip". We didnt do anything wrong yet we get a whole thread saying how we annoy "flip". That is what I got mad about. I corrected him with my laff because if hes going to be bad mouthing me, he might as well get his facts straight. I still dont understand what I did that was so horrible to get a whole thread saying how I annoy ppl just because I got my laff high in a short amount of time. I for one did not think this thread was very nice and that is why i said i didnt appreciate this thread, i do not think I deserved it or any other 2005 black cat who has worked hard to get where they are.

i reread the thread.... it didnt seem mean to me at all even if i did have a black cat.... if u think its offensive then ignore it. dont look at it.... hes just surprised that black cats are already in the 110-119 range.... that is hard to do..... so id just ignore it

First of all, I don't think "flip" was trying to be mean, he (or she) was just kinda flabbergasted. I have only been playing TT since July 2005 and have my main toon maxed all gags and 108 laff (109 tomorrow after vp). However, I've had more time to play than some and I'm an adult. When you have alot of time to play you can move pretty quick.
I have a 106 laff toon as well that is maxed in all but trap. I use that toon as a backup for cfo or vp when my main toon can't. On the other hand, I have a black cat that i work ocassionally who just got to the brrrg. Had I worked her from the time I got her, she would be doing vp and cfo every day. She would be up there because I had the time.
If Flip can only play after school and after homework then he is sure to be surprised at the rapid movement of toons that grow fast. If you only play TT and don't have other responsibilities then you can understand his awe.
If you have alot of time to play and you already know the game well, plus have "big" friends to help it's rather easy to make a new toon get big fast. Tasks are easier when you know exactly where to go to fill them. For instance, my black cat needed 10 loan sharks so I went to coin mint with friends of my big toon. One run and my task is done.
Those of us who move fast do it because we are experienced and have time to play.
Those of you that work so hard to get where you are.... ask me for help if you see me, be glad to do all I can if I can....
