minglers in factory?

i haven't really paid attention but are there minglers in the factory?

Sometimes. While the cog levels always stay the same for each factory location, the cog types vary. If there are Minglers in the factory, there will be one in each group on top of the East and West silos. The minimum level for a Mingler is 7, and this is the only place in the factory where you can find level 7 cogs. All the rest are 6 and under (except for the level 9 foreman, who is always a skelecog).

I haven't kept track, but just sort of a gut feel/semi-memory I'd guess you can expect Minglers in about half the factories you enter. Anyone know for sure how often they appear?

Yes, there are, but it's not often that they have it in there.

sometimes on West or East Silo. Also, Skelecog Foreman can be a Mingler. If you can't find any Minglers on the first run, keep trying. I think I see Minglers in the factory on about 1 out of 3 runs.

EDIT: We were all posting at almost the same time. I'm definitely not sure on how often you see Minglers in the factory, 1 run out of 3 was just a guesstimate

thanks! i've been having a difficult time finding high level sellbot buildings so i guess i'll go in the factory.

If you are looking for a key from the Minglers try DG or Brrrgh sell buildings. Sometimes even 2st buildings have Minglers. Try going after 3 or 4st buildings. Good luck!

That's a good guestimate.... I have noticed it about one out of 3 times in TEST.

skelecogs dont have names!! it says skelecog ?bot level?

If you get lucky there may be one Mingler in the factory, but not all the time.
