Yesterday I was promoted to Telemarketer. Later that day I noticed I have over 2,000 jellybeans all of the sudden!! I was down to about 500 or less last I checked.

I'm sure there's an answer somewhere here, but can you save me the research?

I gained about 1,000 JBs yesterday too. Was low and then all of a sudden, I had tons.

I did have to alt-f4 out of a VP battle when all the toons left me in there alone. After that, the beans appeared.

If that's the case, very often toons give out jbs then. That's a possible solution, but I could be wrong.

On Saturday I had to Alt F4 about twice after being left alone in the VP elevator. (meanies).

On Sunday I only did CCG, so I didn't get ditched. The jellybeans appeared late Sunday.

Alt F4 gets you totally out of Toontown. You have to sign back in. You save your lp and your gags, but you Get Out of Dodge, KWIM?

I was wondering how toons were able to leave after we had got off the evevator. don't know how many time I have got stuck on there by myself and just had to go ahead and get all sad. thanx so much for the help.

And win, you are rewarded with a "toons of the world unite" phrase. These can vary from gag-ups (restock gags), jbs, or tu. When a toon says their phrase (it's in their speedchat under unite) (after they've won a CFO battle of course)...all the toons near them get whatever the phrase was.

Say if I had a TOW (toons of the world) unite for jellybeans...if anyone was near me and I used it, my toon would say, "Toons of the World Spend Wisely" and you and anyone else near me would get jellybeans. If I remember correctly these range from 100 jbs to 600 jbs, so if people had said those phrases around you, you would have gotten the jbs from them.

Does that make sense?

The thing is, I have only fought the VP.

I suppose it's possible a greatful person used that phrase after the VP battle to be nice.

You just need to be near someone who has and decides to give THEIRS out. There were more than likely toons there who have done CFO as well. Usually people give jbs out spontaneously when there are smaller toons around who are more likely to need jbs than higher laff toons. I believe that the CCG is full of people who are generally generous in giving out their jb phrases, so I'd bet that is what happened.
