I am on the hunt for those terrible 5500 sellbot merits. I have been doing buildings and trying to get through the never ending boredom of this...I avoid the factory at all costs, but this morning I decided to give the factory a try. Standing at the elevator were 3 high laff toons, I asked if they needed help and to my joy they replied "yes". They even waited for me throughout the elevator shuffle.
These 3 toons let me tag along for over an hour as they got their merits and I just wanted to say thank you to them for helping me as well. You give me hope that I can get my merits and have some fun and play with great toons at the same time.
Hats off to...Miss Dinky, Rosie and Chicken Nuggets...You guys Rock!!!

You get more merits by doing the factory.

I posted a soloing the factory thread on how to do it. Or, if you can get a friend in with you you can get about 600 in one hour.

If there are four of you and you work your gags correctly, you can get 1200 in one hour.

2 of you sound and 2 do the toon ups for 5 runs, then you switch it around on the next five runs.

Thats the way to do it in my opinion.

NOw, if you need 200 merits, buildings can be fun for a change of pace.

I decided to take your advice and do factory runs today...low and behold I run into Miss Dinky and Rosie, so we did a run or 2, and then one of my SF's joined us, and they saw our SF chat and said, I can't undestand you, let's work on that....so we did the code on the wall thing, and became SF's. They are in Germany and play on the UK toontown server. They say that the german game is terrible and the toons are mean, and that they only have 3 districts...and no CFO. YOu can however still get 580 merits on a full run in the German version.
Anywho....these toons are awesome and thanks for the pointers on the factory. I still hate doing factory runs, but it's quicker.
