From what i know, Donalds Dock isn't connected to it. some say it may be, some say not. but, if it isn't, then Fluffie's funny farm surley will.

This is a bit off topic, but about Fluffy's Funny Farm(or Fluffy's Farm). This idea was made when Disney was giving clues about Doodles. People were thinking Fluffy, Flippy's Doodle, would lead to a new playground. This was because Minnie would say things about she saw half eaten jellybeans and such. This made it seem Fluffy had to do something with Minnie's Melloland, making the idea of Fluffy's Funny Farm. When Doodles came out, there was no playground, so this Fluffy Farm was a rumor that is very unlikly to happen anymore.


Also about the orders of where they are connected, I think the order will be like this:
Daisy Gardens leads to Sellbot HQ
Donald's Dreamland leads to Cashbot HQ
The Brrgh leads to Lawbot HQ
Island of Lost Gags leads to The Secret Underwater HQ(Bossbot HQ)
