Not true! Before there was an adjustment to TT's programming, many players made low lp toons with as many as all 6 gag tracks. I have friends with Super or Uber Noob toons, and many of them have Mr. Hollywood 50 and RB 50 suits. TT's system considers them as having completed all the important tasks.
