Here's what I think will happen.

I'm going to incorporate this into my story.

You will be able to enter Penguin Place from the Brghh. The LBHQ would have a courtyard like SBHQ, but it would have a fountain in the center. There would be three exits. One would go into the main courthouse, shaped like a gavel. The elevator would take you up into a courtroom where a toon is on trial. You enter the jury seats. The Corporate Council will ask for a verdict and one of the toons will say "Innocent". Your disguise will be blown and you will begin to fight Lawbots that come out of the Corporate Council.

Now, after you've defeated his forces the seats in the courtroom will disappear. The corporate council will throw gears at you, as well as bang with his gavel for an attack like the VP's except it will go for -20 damage! You will get pies that you can throw at him, except he will almost always have a powdered wig on that works as a battle helmet. There will also be two scales here and a pile of books. The toons must retrieve the books from near the Corporate Council and deliver them to the two toons working the scales. The scales will double as catepults. The toons working the scales must catepult the books into the Corporate Council. This will knock off his wig. Then the toons are free to pelt him with pies. When you beat him, the toon who you saved from execution or whatever will thank you and give you some kind of reward.

The factories might be like prisons. There might be rooms with cameras that shine goon-like light out of them. The toons must find switches to turn off the cameras. There would be two prisons an easy one and a hard one.

The main LBHQ area would have the same lvl. cogs that SBHQ has, just to be fair to the noobs in the brghh.

How does everyone like my ideas???
