when i had the merry go round petition they always said that to me. if we want something we gotta go right to THEIR HQ and take over. toons/players of the world, ambush/unite!

I figured...2 of my friends had heard they were supposed to lower merits and bucks. When they hadn't done it my friends wrote to them (seperately) and neither one received a response. I think that was 2 months ago...oh well.

Disney has "live chat" help if you have a problem. Captain can explain it better on how he got to it since I haven't gone to it before. It's just part of their "help support"...anyway, Captain tried to contact them and his conversation is in the first post. They directed him somewhere else and then hung up on him.

Just to let you know, calling the customer service number or going through the live chat for customer or technical assistance isn't going to get you anywhere regarding any in-game development issues. They have no control on how the game is designed, they're only there for customer or technical issues.

Disney doesnt really care what you say to them they will just say the samme thing if you have a problem,then maybe in 2yrs they will take itinto consideration ,they know 5500 is hard they just wanna ppl to suffer.
