It's a good idea. My friend and I did it yesterday. We took 6 toons in with 56 laff or less. During the first round my friend and I were on the same side so we made it easily. 2 on the other side died and we ran to help when we were finished. During skcogs, my friend and I were on opposite sides. One 50 laffer used his doodle every single round. The other one kept waking with her pies when I would lure. She died. Lure missed on my friends side and her two died. So to battle the VP it was me, the doodle loving monkey and my friend. The monkey didn't know to jump so he died pretty quick. My friend and I won without too much of a problem. We tried to help these guys, I wanted at least 1 of them to make it but at least they got to see what it is like, hope they have better luck next time.

The idea isn't bad. It does show the lower laffers what the VP is like, and how hard it is. However, I try to limit the amount of lower laffers I go in with. I usually try to keep it in around four, and just hope they don't all get on the same side. It's more fun going in with lower laffers than going in with all 100+. Though, it does get hard, and there is not much you can do for those who use their smallest trap on a level 12 cog as you lure, or will run around and not let you toon them in the VP battle. Although I think it's a good idea, I think at times it is not. If you put a limit on the amount you go in with, there's a more likely chance that those lower laffers will win, and then they get the experience of the difficultness of the vp, and get to actually win.

Still, great idea, may have to try it sometime.

If it weren't for high laffers doing this for me when I was a "green" toon I never would have realized how hard the VP was. I think I waited at least a couple of weeks before trying the VP again...then I had cake, cloud and a few more laff points. Still lost but made it further anyway. At any rate, my friends and I take the little guys in just for that purpose...give them an idea of what it is like...funny thing is...we win quite a bit and rarely lose any toons in the process.

Once I was in DDL, there was this noob that kept commin' to this building we were at. We were goin' in and out tryin' to get in without the noob and the noob and a highlaffer were ditched. So we were waiting for another toon to come (cuz the toons jus wouldn't go in with three) and then, that SAME noob that got ditched and went sad came back. I found that pretty ironic lol. Even though the noob saw how hard it was he came right back to us. But I go with noob groups a few times and things actually go pretty smoothly....but there's soooo many new toons learnin' 'bout the VP every day that I'm not to sure if we could teach 'em all. But please don't look at a weeker toon and say it's to risky. They could have a 116 laff toon! And that same toon you think is to week might have great stragity when it comes to fighting cogs and could be an excelent stunner, and because of that "noob" you could win the VP.....
It's like that saying "Don't judge a book by its cover"...."Don't judge a toon by its laff"

I play two toons at once in VP and don't even check who I'm going with. I go with the lowest suit level toons I can find. Probably half the time we do pretty well, and most of the time atleast one of my toons makes it. The idea should be to teach them some strategy, and not show them that they can't win so they won't come back.

I dont see much point in letting them try the VP whether they lose or not whether it was easy or hard they are justgonna go back and try again so this really doesnt solve a thing, but their is somthin else Disney could domaybe they make a seperate distict for different laffers to go like make 15-25s go to 4different districts then same for 30-45 45-65 65-90 90-117 this way newbs wont be in the way and they can try VP mint factory CFO whatever anytime they want and it wont affect anyone elses playing time.

You have to give them a chance!

If you REALLY dont like them, just find yourself not liking yourself

Every toon starts new, works his/her way up.
I think the idea is just mean!

Thumbs up

I personally think that is a wonderful idea. I (and my sf's) have noticed that as we have gotten stronger, the game has become less challenging (I am a 105 laff).
Remember the days when you were SCARED of the Supervisor in Sellbot Factory?? And how happy it made you when you finally beat him??
Going into VP with new toons makes the game challenging again, plus gives them a chance to learn how to play the game better.
Anyway, what's the worst that could happen? You go sad? So what??? Gags and laff can be replaced.

And here is the real point. Some people seem to think that going sad is the end of the world or something. I don't know about you, but both of my high laff toons have more jellybeans than they could ever spend. Give the new guy a chance.
