You’ve made an accomplishment that attests to both your abilities and your attitude. You’ve proven that you can indeed succeed at whatever you put your mind to. I still want to hear ALL the details (when did you sound, when did you lure, how did you chose which COG to attack first, what level were the COGS when your lure missed 6 times in a row) but, for now, bask in the glow of your unique accomplishment. There will be time enough to recount your adventure. |

Wow. I think I might've been able to do that, but I'd need a lot of S.O.S. Cards, and a LOT of UNITE! Phrases!
Good Job! I'd might of been a Number Cruncher by now, but My account is still cancelled. Oh well, I'll get to Robber Baron level 50 someday... |

It's your turn
auntkymitoon; I can't wait to hear your victory too. I know that you've been wanting to do the same.

Thanks everybody! My reaction when I did it was just the same as most of yours...WOW! lol
Me and Melissa were just talking about what other crazy things we could try to do next. I think I'll give soloing the VP a try after we get back our TU phrases. The cogs will be easier, but I think the pie throw will be harder...For those of you who replied/PMed asking for more details or tips for when you're alone... For the battle- I decided to use all of my level 6 gags up and then restock all, but only because I had alot of restock alls to waste. I fogged on levels 5- and on levels 6-8 I would fog twice. That way I could save my cakes and I would usualy take less hits that way. When I had levels 9-10, I lured them and caked the 10s then clouded the 9s. For level 11s, if you cake and get lure bonus, all it takes is a cupcake to finish him, so don't waste your big gags. I see this alot For 12s, you have to use a cake and a cloud. When I would get two 12s and a couple of little ones, I once again caked both of the cogs and then fogged them all. Don't try to keep them all lured. Usually you can't lure the cog that comes out on the left because that's one less round the other cogs will stay lured. You've just got to take a few hits and expect to get under 20 laff a few times. For the crane- Pick up the goons as fast as you can. The less goons there are, the better. The first thing I do when I get on the crane is position the safes right next to me so when he's stunned, they're right there for me to use. To keep him from looking at you and throwing gears, switch between cranes or when you hop off to stomp goons, stand in one spot until he looks at you. Then you can get back on the crane and have a few seconds to pick up a goon and hit him. If goons are coming towards you, you can just pick them up and throw them to the other side of the room ![]() Learn how to throw the non-disabled goons. Pick him up but right before he wiggles out, release the ctrl key and tap it again. Keep doing this to keep him in your grasp and throw him at the CFO. This is great for when he's red and you don't have time to get off and stomp. If goons start to swarm the area you're in, switch to a different crane where there are less goons and throw safes wherever there are clusters of them. Don't spend too much time on this because he will just release more. When he's stunned, I can usually get 2-4 shots in with safes. When you release the safe, hit the ctrl key again after it hits him and you should get your safe back. Swing back a bit and then go forward again. The closer to red he gets, the less time he will stay stunned. If he gets to red, you might want to stick with only throwing goons instead of safes. When he's stunned, he can't release goons so pick up the goons and just keep throwing them at him. This keeps him stunned and it gets rid of alot of the goons running around. That's all I can think of right now. I think there's a few other posts with tips on craning somewhere? Good luck if you wanna try it! It's tough but it's exciting! Go for it!

Congratz. I've done a few VP runs with you and I do belive you beat the CFO alone. I've never fought the CFO so I dunno anything about it. But I do wonder if you're going to try the VP lol. That would be very hard. You would have major problems at the end when it comes to jamming its gears and trying to then push it back.
