Dislikes: Seeing people getting Treasures, people giving "Toon's Of The World, Toon-Up!" Phrases, CFO victories

Enjoys: Their beautysleep.
Dislikes: Stomping or craning, helping the team in any way.
Behavior: During cog battle, uncooperative.
Avoid: And take the fun out of random play!!!???

What they do: they make friends w/ newbies send says "Can you teleport to me?" when they go to Toon Town Central and when the noobs teleport to them then they X them and go back to what they were doing.
Tips:Newbs if you see a 75+ laffer that asks to be your friend then they go somewhere else and say "Can you teleport to me?" to you, you check what playground they are in.

Name: Lousy Sneaks
Found: Lurking the streets searching for buildings to steal.
Enjoys: Finding buildings that are already staked out, quickly calling three friends, and jumping onto the elevator.
Dislikes: When their plans are foiled by victims that are faster than they.
Tips: If you are calling friends to help you with the building you have staked out, be sure they are speedy teleporters.

Name: Toontown Friends.
Found: Anywhere, but often in the most unexpected places.
Enjoys: Helping others and being nice.
Dislikes: Cogs and mean toons.
Tips: In order to find these precious toons, keep your friends requests on and your eyes peeled.

Name: Toontown Panhandlers

Found: Anywhere, especially where they expect toons who have been successful in the CFO to be... but they will show their face anytime they see a high laff toon

Enjoys: Begging... like their real life counterpart, toontown panhandlers have no shame when it comes to getting spending "money" for free... they think coming up with clever ways to beg is hard enough work, why should they have to earn jellybeans like the rest of us?

Dislikes: being told sorry I can't, please go away, or any other form of no. ESPECIALLY DISLIKE having to earn their jellybeans themselves on the trolley, by doing tasks, or by fishing.

Tips: Toons who have freely given away their jellybean Toons-of-the-World-Unite phrases have inadvertantly created these griefers. The only advice I have is to never, EVER use the phrase when someone is at Donald's Dreamland playground or one of the Headquarters saying to any toon that will listen, "I need more jellybeans, can you help me?" (If they need jellybeans that bad, why aren't they trying on the trolley?) If you want to give them away to strangers, go to a place where the toons aren't BEGGING for them! The more often these panhandlers are successful, the more often they will grief toons with their begging.

Name: Freeloader
Likes: Random groups of high laffers. Uses no gags unless has to. Uses Bugle and if possable, nothing. Likes being able to continuistly do factory runs.
Dislikes: Having to waste gags. Having to run back to the playground for more gags.
Avoid: Not reason to avoid. Just deal with it.

[Dippy Slappy]

Name: Joker
Likes: Joking around, pranking, being and doing silly things.
Dislikes: Mean Toons, "You Stinkers", Ditchers, failed jokes, running out of jokes, others making fun of they're jokes[like quoteing them, saying "Ha ha!', and "You stink!"].
Avoid: If you don't want a joke or two, log off, tp to another District, or go to your estate.
Tips: To find them, make jokes with a Toon[best with a sf], and they could joke back, or just look.
Goode Or Bad?: Good. Some are bad, but they're mostly good.
