Your kidding right? i can not tell you how old this news is hmm. well it's not REALLY old but yes it is open and make sure you are a 85 laffer or higher cuz otherwise most toons will get made cuz it's a hard thing to play and there are alot of little toons that don't need to be there you should be there when your 85+ cuz it's a vary hard thing to do.

"Spamming" - “Spam” refers to posting identical and/or irrelevant messages to one post or to many different threads that has nothing to do with the intended subject that disrupts a thread or fills the message board with clutter. Mass PMing people you don’t know or who haven’t invited you to PM them, boosting post count, excessive bumping of threads, one or two letter replies (i.e. ok, LOL, Yes, agreed, nods) and excessive use of smileys as a response are all considered “spam”.
