Can someone please post the lowest to highest cog levels in each suit you can get

All i know is that coldcaller is from lv 1-5 and holly is from lv 2-50

Actually, Holly is from 9 to 50. And, this should help you out with the rest: Merits and Bucks

It's pretty simple. Look at the order the suits come in. Each starts off at the level it fits in in that order. So Cold Callers and Short Changes start at level 1, Telemarketers and Penny Pinchers start at level 2, Name Droppers and Tightwads start at level 3, and so on, up to Mr. Hollywoods and Robber Barons starting at level 8. Every level except for the top level runs for five levels, so Cold Callers and Short Changes are 1-5, Telemarketers and Penny Pinchers are 2-6, and so on. Hollies and Barons go up to 50.

One thing to add to that is that to progress to a new cog (not counting hollywoods or robber barrons) it takes 5 vps or cfos to get to a new cog. It may look like 4 but once your the highest cog lv u can be you need 1 more vp/cfo to change to another cog.
