Grrrrrrrr!

I am unbelievably frustrated with the CFO. I got to SC 3, and since then have gone sad in every try. Even going with a group of high level toons, e.g., Loansharks and Barons, when that big swarm of goons comes out it just sweeps out the place. What's up with that?

Part of the problem, I've found, is that stomper toons protect only their friends and leave the other crane operators to fend for themselves. I'm pretty good at the crane, but have to keep leaving it to find toonup. Also, I have noticed that toons gather their friends and release a Toons of the World Toonup, excluding anyone not in their group.

I won't give up; with all those Sharks and Barons increasing their numbers, I know it's possible. I'll just have to find the fortitude to keep trying again, and again, and again, and again, and.......... That is, of course, when the snobs at the elevator condescend to let a lowly SC 3 join them.

Hee Hee. Umm, do the suit levels show up even after your desuited? I dont usually pay attention to suits when loading so anytime after the suits come off I dont know who is what. I dont try to direct other ppls play in the safe/goonie wave anyway tho. I mainly just like to stomp goons.

If no one is protecting your crane its probably better to leave it open and switch to stomping. All 4 cranes arent needed to win. I usually just stomp in the zone I started in unless another stomper decides they wanna stomp there. I've gotten on the crane 1 time but theres usually plenty of ppl that wanna do that so thats all I've tried.

Also when on the crane you have a pretty good view of whats going on. If you see no stompers in the area and a goon is headed your way, by all means hop off the crane, stomp the goon and get back to the crane to pick up the goon. I do that a lot if I need too. Don't wait to take damage.

I feel very comfortable at the crane and am a RB 13 now but if someone beats me to a crane I have no problem stomping. I usually end up back on a crane because they get abandoned when things get hairy pretty fast.

If you have a problem with someone not stomping goons for you just grab a safe and drop it on the goons as they come at you. Show that non team player you can handle the crane just fine. Or heck just let them try the crane at first and stomp goons. Nothing gets too hairy right away and a lot of times they leave the crane in frustration after a bit. Because while they do want to practice a little, they also want to win.

That would be hard to do in the heat of battle, and I don't think it happens much. When I use unite, I run to the area where most toons are stomping, stand behind the crane op and release it , whoever gets it, just does.

All of my friends and me take SC 1's on almost every run, so I am sure you can find a nice group of bigger toons.

Find this statement to be very accurate. They usally run up to me in a few min. and say "Please take the crane"

A tip on throwing cranes ...
don't aim to high ... go straight on target and release
the safe when the bottom of the safe hits the
bottom of his shirt. Works for me try it and
let me know if it works for you.

Im Also pretty good with safes and also this is what i somethimes do! Hes stunned but as soon as i let go of the safe to hit him he gets out of stun and it becomes his new helmet and they get angry at me!!!! Also Sometimes People shove me out of the way when im getting to the crane! Also for that first one they should add "imm know what im doing" phrase to the speedchat!

I don't swing back and forth

The way I knock the safe off his head is by not swinging back and forth. I line the crane arm up with the CFO and pull the crane arm all the way in holding the down arrow key until the safe comes to a stop. I then fully extend the arm toward the CFO and release when the safe gets to his face. You have really good aim using this method.
