There IS a Cog President. It's the Cog that Scrooge McDuck released in the first place that created the rest of the Cogs.

No, actually Scrooge McDuck is the cog president. He started the machine to make money, remember? He collects all the money cogs somehow make from beating up toons, I guess. :smiley25: But still, he somehow might have been turned into a huge robot after the cogs started being made.

I would think that the cog prez would be the boss of BOSSbot HQ. If you think about it the prez is like the boss.
