Abandoning groups because of bad SOS cards

It seems like there's a new problem in SB VP now. Last night I went in with a group of Cold Callers and two Hollywoods. As soon and the first round was over and the Clerk Penny SOS became visible the 2 Hollywoods left. This was mentioned on another thread. I guess some toons with their own agenda are trying to assemble a set of the best SOS's cards and they don't care how it effects others. It wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't left with a 40's laffer and 50's laffer in the skelecog round. You don't last too long if they have no toonup and are using pie slices.

Unfortunately, they do have their own agenda. Seems that they can't do this without using others as pawns. All I can say is keep your eyes out for them, and don't ever get on the elevator with them.

I've heard of this problem lately and also hope the problem does not persist. It is in very bad taste to bail on others after all decided to go in together on elevator. Everyone there has already lost parts and can cause others to go sad in second round. If you decide to VP stick it out. Don't ruin everybody elses VP experience because of your selfish desire for good cards.

I'am at hw 37 and I wouldnt care one bit about the card. I care about the promotion and making it to hw 50. I think its very stupid ditching because its a bad card. My sf once had 5 clerk rays(restock trap), blah! We went in a few vps later, another clerk ray, but we didnt really care. All those factorys for 5500 merits and you ditch for a stupid card thats just dumb. :smiley25:

yes last night i beat the vp and got restock lure but i dont have it i didnt care caus it might help a toon low on lure.so they left for two reasons:

1.case they want the best cards.
2.there not nice.

p.s.if you go back tho the playground you loose more parts than if your sad.its there fault they could of gotton a new promotion
