when does an M&S change to 2-face?

What level does A M&S change to a Two-face? I'm guessing like lvl8 ---> 9

Yeah, when you get promoted to level 9.

Here are the rest of the promotion levels so you won't ask again:
level 10 two-face
level 11 The Mingler
You get laffboosts at level 15, 20, 30, 40, and 50 Mr. Hollywood.
