i been through th fac at least 7 times and i still haven't got a cog part.
when will i get 1?
what determins who gets it?

If you participated in the end foreman battle and won, you should've gotten parts. Are you sure? Just because you don't get a "so and so, you gained a disguise part!" when you dance at the end, doesn't mean you didn't get one. Check your book on the 'cog disguise' page, and it should show you at the bottom how many you have. For cold callers 1 and 2 (can't tell you any higher than that) there are 10 parts. There should be a 7/10 under the disguise picture in your book or however many parts you have, if you won 7 times, it should say that. Now, if you did NOT participate in the foreman battle, you don't get parts, as far as I understand. I could be wrong on that, so don't quote me.

If you did participate and win 7 times and still have no parts, I'd email Disney and let them know.
