Orange duck gave full of merits. before i had 1200 merits. she gave me merits, that's make me freak out

If you are referring to the fact that you had full merits while still in the VP, that's how it always is. You don't lose the merits until you are promoted.
Now, if you won the VP, left the Headquarters, and still had merits, that's something different. But... if that is possible, then I am a little hesitant to be excited about that ability. I mean, what kind of code would make that possible? And if that's possible, what else is?

I was in the vp with that orange duck and I did not get any merits from him. It was just a regular run with the added bonus of getting to play with a developer.

I wish i had a dev friend. More importantly, i wish i could make him an sf, and then could ask him about the game (for example, like when the playgrounds and HQ came out.)
