Just Wondering about what you consied a 'noob'....

I've seen lots of boards saying like 'I dont go in with noobs' and stuff like that, but I don't knwo what you mean by noobs....cuz im only 48 laff and i have been in the factory a few times (only 6 but who cares) and I win usually... Sometimes when I read the boards I feel like when people say noob they're directing it towards toons like me.

It's easy to be confused about what a noob is because it seems like lots of people have different ideas. Just like in real life I think that people in TT generalize about other toons and often a "noob" is anyone who has less laff/gags/cog suit promotions than they do! With my toon I could be called a noob by someone who has a Holly 50 toon, or 2 or more maxxed toons, etc. To a 16 or 25 laff toon your toon would look pretty tough.

A true "noob" is someone who is new to the game and doesn't know how to play cooperatively. That's something that is impossible to know without playing with that toon first. The person you are playing with could be on their first toon or their 16th, you just can't tell until you play with them. If you know how to pick gags well, work as a team, and choose tasks and buildings appropriate to your capabilities then you're not a noob no matter what your laff is.
