Ya, I used to have a messed up merit system but it just disappeared one day. It was werid. Oh, well. I'm a Lv. 14 Mr. H and I hate it. I got bored of getting merits that I've needed 5500 merits for 3-4 months now. I am so close to that extra laff point. Need 2000 more merits. Anyone wanna help me?

My merits are bugged up too. I'll need a couple hundred but when I do a quick run and get like 30 merits, I'm ready for promotion. Not that I'm complaining though...

for that screwed up merit thing, when your in the factory, it says you get like 40 merits or w/e. but when you get out of factory, look in your book thing. and it will show you got more than 40 (you should have 300-650 merits, depending your run)

Im a retired old fart. Just fishing and feeding my doodle. Hung up the gags over the fire place already.
 You get used to the 5500 actually. The secret is to find 2 or 3 good friends and do vp together. That way, you know you are going with good players and you will allways be successful. Then when you guys are done with the VP, same group can go get parts and then merits. This way, things allways go faster and smoother. Have fun. I'm only a cc lv1 and if someone will post in my other thread or pm me to fight the vp I would be sooooo happy! I've never gotten a successfull vp! Plus I need more recognition and exp because I am about to get lil oldmans tasks!!!!!!!
