Angry The Griefer Report: By Duckman Reporting

Has anybody had a griefer at the VP? Well, I had made it to mingler level 11, and had gotten 3400 merits and all my parts. Me and my sfs had spent a lot of time getting ready for our next VP. I was exited, finally I was going to be a Mr. Hollywood. As you can well imagine, for those that have been working towards this for a long time, my time had come. Boarding the elevator, there was the usual elevator shuffle, but it didn't take long before we had a great group. There was at least five Mr. Hollywoods. I thought to myself, we got it in the bag. After the first battle, the first indication of trouble was when two toons warped out. The only thing I could figure is that they were disconected. But me and my sfs were strong toons, and the other toon was too. But it was weird, she started saying 'run!' 'run!', my sf and I 'No.' 'no problem', for I had been through battles with only two toons, and we were still very succesful. The battle went fine, until the skelecog battle. This toon kept her scticker book open and caught the absentee bug. She's still there, but she could not fight. At first, i though she might have done it on accident, as one of my sfs had done. But soon, it became apparant, that she knew exactly what she was doing. I saw her doing things I had never seen toons do before. The first weird and very strange thing was she dove and slid over the other side. She was able to use here gags on the other side, but not ours. When we knew we were in trouble and our gags were getting low, I used my only remaining profssor pete. Next thing I know shes back, recieving the all restock SOS. Things went very badly for us on this VP, one lure after another missed, until finally we all went sad.

I personally think, since the the two that warped out were SFs, that this was a planed event. I think that the other one that stayed purposly knew of the bug, keeping your schticker book open, while the skelecog battle starts, knew exactly what would happen.

We need to take action. there are things that we can do that can stop these griefers.

1:Take down the names of these griefers, take a screenshot by pressing F9 .
2: Do not get on the elevator with these toons. Switch to a different district, or just leave. It is better than going sad.
3: Report these griefers to Disney. I'm sure one or two reports will not result any action. But if there are many, mabye Disney will take action.
4: If you have no doubt, and I mean no doubt at all, that the toon is a griefer, take a screenshot, and post it here.I have taken one, of a griefer that I was with, but I have blotted out the name for now. If I see this toon doing this again, I will post the screenshot and the name. Again, only post it if you are sure.

Well, after we had all eight toons had went sad, with my feathers ruffled, I sucked it up and went back to the factory to regain my parts, and later that night, became a Mr. Hollywood. Thanks for all those toons for a terrific VP.

Here is the screenshot I promised earlier. And here is a warning to all griefers: You will become known!!!!!

I wouldnt post griefers on these boards. Really, nothing will happen anyway. I mean its not like the mods on these boards can do something about the griefer anyway. Letting Disney know is a better idea. Give them the screen shot.

A very small percentage of players in TT are on these boards. We really are a minority. Thats why it cracks me up, when people say "lets all do this or that..." Well I cant even get two 2 year olds to walk in the same direction. How are we gonna get 'everybody' to do anything?

I have a list of names on a sticky paper on my monitor of toons that have done me or my friends wrong. I dont depend on Disney or these boards to do something about that. I actively seek these guys out, and if I find them, they will know gods wrath.

I am the griefer killer. Griefers are scum, and they will feel pain when, and if, I find them. Nothing more entertaining for me to find a known griefer make friends with them, and lead them into oblivion, then TP to them in play ground, and remove them from my friend list while standing in front of them.

Wow, nice reply rkhooda. And sorry that that had to happen to you, Duckman. I did that glitch one, actually by accident trying to look at how many parts I lost. Everyone was so mad at me. But, I hope it never happens again to you!

Yes rkhooda. I know its hard to get things done but we can depend upon the power of the press. Keeping notes of these griefers by your computers is a great idea. If we do this and don't go on VP's with these griefers, this will send a message to them.

Doggyg12345: I had an sf do the bug on accident too. The difference is he kept on saying "sorry" and other speed chat phrases such as "I am stuck" to indicate that he had hit a bug and could not get out. This toon never said she was sorry once or anthing to indicate she had hit the bug on accident.

So again by showing your support and posting your replies and feeling about griefers here will send a message.

This site specifically does not allow naming names of “potential griefers” anyway. The reason being is because these types of threads, especially if someone is a member of our site, get quickly out of hand. I have no problem if you want to tell all your friends about these type of people via PM, as long as it’s just your friends you are telling (we don’t want any mass spammers going around). Also, telling your friends in the game is a good idea and/or writing down all the people who you don’t get along with during your game-play time is another good idea. But as rkhooda explained, nobody on this site can do anything about those griefers like take them off the game or some other kind of disciplinary action. So you need to report these people to the ones who can do something about it: Disney. Yes, it may be interesting to see these people being called out in front of everyone but we never know what they were thinking, if the person posting did anything to bring on such a response (even if they were unaware of it at the time) and generally, these things are just misunderstandings and/or a difference of opinion and/or different goals in mind. It’s not hard to fathom that a person may want to do something one way and you want to do something your way and then somewhere in between since you can’t communicate effectively, wires got crossed!

I was there and I saw it. If that bug didnt happen we would have had 6 people for the pie throw and he would have went down easy. If it hadnt of happened the other side wouldnt have gone sad and we wouldnt have had only 3 people to do the pie throw.

And whats amazing is we would have beat the VP but a few pies that DID go in didnt stun him. Three close range in the carage pies went in and no stun. He was inches away from the edge. Then he rampaged and we died .

Yes, and yes. But thats the point.

Merlin's response to Arthur in the movie Excalibur explains me the best:

"Im a dream to some... A nightmare to others."

I actually never quite understood the point of adding someone to your list and dropping them while you are right in front of them as a means of 'getting back at them'.

I watched a child play TT once and she did things on there that would have aggravated me if I was the other toon. I told her that she'd better stop or else the toon would get mad at her. After the toon did the add/delete thing to her and said, "Hee hee!" before teleporting away, the child laughed and said, "I knew she was going to do that anyway. I don't care." and she continued.

So really, the adding and then deleting right in front of the other toon does nothing...except I guess making you happy thinking that they get bothered?

There was a small part of my comment in between "adding them to my friend list" and "droping them from my friend list" that you forgot or missed. Thats the part that makes it all worth the while - for me!

Your mistaken me for somebody that does that in a passive way. I am not passive.

I didn't miss anything of what you've written. What I don't understand is the point of it. As for the second part of what you wrote about passive...er, what? Where did that come from?

It almost looks like this: <i>I've added you and now I'm dropping you while I am still standing in front of you because I am not passive! haha! Even if you don't care, I get pleasure from doing this!</i>

See? I don't get the point.

What this means:

I will make friends with a known griefer (known, because either I (that is myself), or one of my friends (that is people Im playing with) has been maliciously griefed by the offending toon)

... and lead them into oblivion (that is I will ask them to come with me to the factory or a 5 building in DDL, then on purpose (that is with full intention) make them go sad (that is when you hear the waaa waaa sound).

Then while they are in the play ground sad (that is, they have struck the pose of a person that is looking for their lost contact lense).. I will stand directly infront of them (that is the opposite of standing behind them), and remove them from my list...

That way they know A-who it was that made friends with them, B-who it was that led them into oblivion (that is made them sad <see above for a full description of oblivion>), and C-who dropped them from the friends list. (This is for maximum impact)

If you still dont get it after this, its ok. You wont allways get what Im saying. Finally, the reason I do this, is to show my dis-pleasure with them.

Prince Peppy Gigglebounce (that is my toons name)
109 max no lure (that is becuase we can only have 6/7 gag tracks, and my missing gag track is lure)
Mr. Holly (that is short for Mr. Hollywood) 47 (that is my toons level in that suit)
