Clerk at HQ?

When playing the factory over and over again you have to rely on your friends to stay put while you get your gags, and then hope they are still there... Visa versa.... You cant teleport to cog hq if none of your friends are there, so it makes it kinda hard when stocking up gags for the next factory.

Here's my idea: Have 1-4 clerks in the pit at cog hq that sell gags for 2 jbs a piece. Now thats double the cost, but it would be worth it to me spending 2 jbs per gag when I dont have to walk back to HQ . And the reason for the higher cost: Travel charge ... hehe... or "clerk danger insurance"

My husband was joking about this the other day.. he said it'd be like the Gag Black Market... smuggling gags into HQ to help the toons already there...

How incredibly wonderful this would be, eh?

Unless you went sad, you wouldn't have to leave HQ until you were ready to... not even for a toon-up if you can find another toon to help you!

Yes i like the but idea but then the Hq would be like a PG and PG dont have cogs. But yes about the smuggling gags would work, but also we dont even know what the other Hq's look like. So i like the idea but i dont think it would work.

I think its a cute idea but I think it would be better if they just gave us a task for TP access to sell HQ so that we don't hafta walk back and forth.

It's a good idea, but having TP access would be better. But the thing that would rock the most, would be having a fishing pond there and a gag shop! You could like catch "Angry Clown Fish" and they would be like all grey and sad because the fish would be in a Cog HQ and they wouldn't be happy! Poor fisheys!

A gag shop there is a good idea, but TT will have to make it look way different from the other gag shops. Perhaps a small merchant's tent set up, because think about it - do you really think the toons could set up a normal "Goofy's Gag Shop" with all the cogs around? Probably not.

I like the fishing pond idea too. The lake could be all polluted, so the fish look unhealthy and stuff like that.

We can only hope this'll become a reality...

Well i was with my friend, and i was going the factory. On oak street, i get pushed into a building. I didnt wanna do the building, so i alt f4ed. I get back on, bla bla bla, and this time, there r 4 cogs against 1 toon. I try to avoid the fight but as u know, i am not mean and just am a sucker to helping people. And anyone i had no choice cuz even if i tried, i coudnt avoid it 4 some reason. So there i am, and 2 100 laffers join so i just run. As a run to the SHQ, i am thinking IM GONNA MAKE IT THIS TIME, GONNA MAKE IT, then poof!! For some reason, it seemed as if a mover and shaker level 7 was just waiting for me in front of the HQ entrance. Unavoidable, bunk into him, and i run. So back on oak street and THIS time, i make into the courtyard, but get into a fight with a lvl 6 glad hander. Run. Make it again only this time to the factory tunnel. Hit by a Mover and shaker and no one was around to help. Run. Finally make it and ya know what!? I lost the factory cuz of a toonup shortage

yes, i too want the task so we can teleport to a safe spot in the HQ exterior area.
this would be easier for us, as well as relieve the burden on the gag shop in Daisy Garden. That store can be so crowded, i feel we ought to give the clerks a little help by shopping elsewhere!
but no one likes having to tp twice, plus run down oak street, so everyone shops in the Garden.
PLEASE!! Let us earn the right to teleports to Headquarters!!!!

and if the writers really wanted to be nice, we would also get a store at HQ as well! can you imagine a store with surly cogs as the clerks? and of course gags would cost twice as much cause the cogs jack up the price.
then we could also have a fishing pond with really strange kinds of fish....or maybe just lots of junk like old tires and cans, and then imagine what the trolley rides would be!! okay, slow down the imagination....
lets be nice to the developers and just settle for teleport access to a nice safe place in the HQ exterior.

Yeah, it could be a convenience store with the prices marked up (hazard pay for the clerks) and maybe cogs could hold it up from time to time.

Or a gag dispensing machine in the lobby would be nice!

A good spot to teleport would be the center of the pit in the HQ Courtyard.

I would like to add my voice to the following suggestions...

• Teleport task, so that you can teleport to the centre circle area
• When finishing factory, you get teleported to the centre area
• Fix the bug of the sthicker book causing the hang
• Have "Black Market Bob", a NPC toon in the centre circle selling gags at the same beans as their level, so buying a fog-horn would cost 6 beans

If they ever did put a gag tent or gag stall or something up then they should put it in that centre circle area and then beside the gag place they could have a fishing pond like someother ppl mentioned!
