dose anyone know how long or when the other cog hq is going to open.

Sorry, but if a new Cog HQ were coming out anytime soon, Disney would be putting some "teaser"/"sneak peek" articles about it on the Toontown website. With the first Cog HQ, they were posting articles about it SEVERAL MONTHS before it actually came out. I'd expect them to do the same for the next HQ. It's a method they use to prevent bored players from cancelling.
There was a recent article in a San Jose newspaper where Disney stated they "hope to launch a second Cog HQ containing new challenges in the second half of the year". You can read about it at this link: http://toontowncentral.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=26309
