I can answer that question Bunny. If you read my other posts in this thread you can see she was obviously trying to kill this toon off and not teach her a lesson. The countless bikehorns and aoogahs used and the "No"s "You need more laff points" when Pinks asked for a toonup. If that isn't enough clues to make you think that then think about when she and her friends blocked Maisie in the pie fight from healing her with pies.

Why would someone even take several bike horns into the VP unless thay were planning to or hoping for the chance to kill someone off?

Peaches should be out there teaching others without trying to impose punishment for behavior that is obviosly above her intellectual capacity.

i never said i was going for 1 side, or the other. i was just stating facts. and, no one made peaches the boss, but when some lowbie toon acts like he knows more than an experienced toon, then that is not right. if you are a 108 laffer, you know the vp battle inside and out, and you dont need to be bossed around OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER. a few suggestions would be different.
and no, the toon dieing didnt make the victory better. what made the victory, my favorite one yet, was the prolonged win. letting the vp go back up the ramp, then clobbering him back down made it fun

and this IS just a game. best to have fun, and not stress over it too much

thats what happens in real life. yes this is just a game, but the same thing happens in real life aswell. other people suffer, for the mistakes of some.

You say you told them "No thank you" & they're supposed to know what you mean by that? That to everyone else is supposed to mean "Ok, but if you go in with me, you're going to have to roll the VP down & let him go up because that's what makes it more exciting to me."? You have your own style & that's great when you have your own team with you, no strangers. But sometimes there needs to be some flexibility because those around you don't know your playing style. If you really didn't want these 3 people to come in with you or are holding that you HAVE to do it your way, then you should do the nice thing & find an unoccupied district to go in....to be fair to the people who don't know nor can communicate with you on how you intend to play. What I do with people who don't participate is usually stand there right beside them & wait for them to make their move. LOL. So if I see you & your friends standing there, I will stop throwing pies all together & say "Shall we go?". If you didn't, I'd sit there with you & probably say "Ok" "I like this game!". I mean, I'm a bunny. I can jump very well.

As for bossy toons, yes, they are very, very, very annoying. Do I think they don't have a right to pick whatever gag they want because I have higher gags? Of course not. Choose whatever you want, just don't keep telling ME what to choose esp. since it's the higher laffers who are keeping you alive & helping you finish off bigger cogs. When someone tells me "I think you should choose sound", for example....I tell them "You first" & I wait for them to choose sound (bored emote is great for this). If they say "Sorry, I can't.", I say "Ok." "Stop that!"...something like that. And yes, I have been known to make a few toons go sad who are bossy, but not at the expense of the other players. I'd sooner leave the VP than do that.

Tornado - Unfortunately, with the CLARITY (sarcasm) of Speedchat phrases, you don't know if "You need more laff points" means that she needs more laff points to boss people around or she needs more laff points to even BE in the VP. It doesn't sound like she's got a problem with low-laffers. However, she's got a problem with BOSSY low-laffers. I get annoyed with 'em too. LOL

however, attest to Tornado's character. He's been playing this game longer
than you Bunny. He knows all the clever uses of the speedchat. He's seen
more than his share of rude behavior, but this was the first time something
in the game caused him to say something (see for yourself - click here). He
told me in the game how upset he was over this. If Tornado said it happened
the way he described, I believe him.

Having read this thread, Szlin freely admits to two things: using bike horns
and sitting on the sidelines. So far, Tornado's story is corroborated by Szlin
herself. Further, Szlin perceived shortcomings in someone (for whatever
reason—doesn't matter) and admittingly tried to make their stay in the VP
chamber miserable (whether unto sadness only Szlin knows). So far, this also
lines up beautifully with Tornado's testimony.

Now then, I don't think it's a stretch to assume that Tornado and Maisie were
able to look around them to see who was helping fight the VP and who
wasn't. Therefore I have a hard time believing that two people (Tornado and
Maisie) would both lie about who helped or didn't help fight the VP. I have no
reason to believe that what Tornado perceived was not what happened, and I
find the defense to these charges weak at best, and supportive of his word.

string. He is MORE responsible, not less. God help you if you become an elitist
when you hit L40 hollywood. There is NO point at which you can say you
earned the right not to participate in a team endeavor.

Unfortuantley Loosy you were not present...and the two toons in question were talking the whole time...how one can witness what is going on behind the vp while they are in front...or vice versa is impossible. As I have stated and will continue to do so...have fun in this game, don't take it personally...and for crying out loud....don't judge the one who you believe is being judgemental!

No I wouldn't say it was the highlight of vp's...but then again, not all are.
I plan to keep having fun while I play, you can join in or sit back and have a boring game...the choice is yours to make!

Forgive me- but I am still perplexed as to why anyone would endure the boredom, repetition and time investment involved with amassing 5500 merits and then sit out on the sidelines during the VP battle. Am I missing something here??

However, after a few rounds of "teaching them a lesson", you should realize that you're hurting EVERYONE in the team, not just that one person. I mean, if you were alone with them, that's one thing. I can't say I wouldn't do the same thing with a bossy toon. BUT you were with a group, and as a team you should bear with that ONE toon until you got out. You saw that people were struggling & continued to do it for a few rounds anyway. Not making many friends in trying to teach one toon a lesson....not that that's what you were trying to do, I'm just saying I could see why they were frustrated too.

Since you said "Did we stand back for a bit...yes...so what", if you were standing back for a bit, I assume by what you said, you were standing back a bit to toon "my daughter and teaching her how to throw inside of the vp". Really, if you want to instruct someone while standing to the sidelines while everyone else throws pies...you should take her in by yourselves or with a pre-arranged group & let them know what you're trying to do. This is so hard to do & explain your motives when you're not secret friends with people.

But the good thing is: You all made it out. Sounds like a frustrating run.

u know my pain when i was at v.p. with scott and szlin... o they used the bikehorn both of them when i hypno goggled the cogs finally i used my s.o.s drop the skelecogs died we made that ok then scott and szlin they were at the pie throwing and my friend was 5/70 laffs and i was trying to toonup him but scott and szlin they were jumping in the way and i could barely see anything.. after this he died and it was me scott szlin and a couple of his friends i died and they hit the v.p. and won as a matter of fact at... the cogs szlin and scott would toon their selves up just for no reason when i was down by 54 points and they were just acting silly.

My 1 Question to scott and szlin,

why did u not toonup me? i didnt do anything with ur daughter!!! Find the toons names that did something to your daughter and punish them not me i did not do anything at all

I think not, and another thing, you keep talking about this low laffer, not knowing what's going on? well i for one have 2 toons, and all of my sf's have at least 2 toons going, at least one maxxed out and are training a new one, what's to say this low laffer didn't have a maxxed out toon and new exactly what to do and what to expect with the vp???

Does she then have the right to suggest what gag you should use??

I hope when you make it to level 50 hollywood you remember the people you upset on the way to you getting there!

Mistakes are accidents. Doing things to make people suffer on purpose, as in the case of this thread, is wrong.
